It is clear that I am being paid by various paid survers companies what how will the payment reach me. Is is thourh check, paypal or any other online money transfer scheme.

Listed below are various payment options for paid online surverys:

• Paypal - It is the most widely used payment option used by almost all paid surveys companies. Though paypal will get some share of you money still it is safest means of transaction and ofcourse you can further use paypal for online shopping or fund transfers.
• Check: Payment through check is the secome most widelyu used method and is popular amogn both companies and paid survery underrtakers.
• Coupons - Some companies provide discount coupons for purchasing products.
• Points - Points will get accumulated in your account and after a fixed time the points will get converted into cash money on an agrees or previously specified rate.
• Merchandise - There are few companies who rather than givinf money or discount coupons give you new products and ask you to try those products . At then end of survery you can keep the product with you. Recently one of my friend for a table PC by google, you must have heard google is soon to launch its own table PCs and he is very much happy :)

Creativity of the Creative designers - LOL

Web designers, these people are considered most creative one among all IT professionals. There designations are also very attractive like web designer, 3D Animator, Creative head, ceative director.

But I feel only a handful of web designer or multimedia people are creative rest all are copycats. I've strong reasons to support my statment because there must be more thank 1 lakh web designers working in India but still I've seen 1 lakh websites with unique designs since 2000 when I had first encounter with web designers.

The most irritating part with eb designers is that in case a web designers use his creativity to design something unique the other people will soon copy his design and the poor designer can't do anything. Below are some examples of copied designs I've found over internet:

Natural disasters in Asia - Is nature taking revenge

Check our the news for Asian and you will see that Asian countries China, India and Pakistan are right now badly effected by rains and floods. China and Pakistan has observed the all time worsr floods this year, whereas India observed flash floods in areas that is known for very less or no rainfalls (Rajasthan and Leh-Ladakh).

I am not sure if nature has starting taking revenge for the pollution that has been casued in so many years of development, but in last 10 years there has been a lot change in global climate and if serious steps are not taken by world economies they will have to pay a big price.

Relationships and Fights - How to Control fighting in a relation

Sometime it happens in a relatioship that you end up fighting with your boy friend, girl friend, husband or wife ever month, every week or in worse condition daily. Fighting is not good in any relation and can lead to a disastrous and unwanted break up. Below are few suggestions that me help many of the fighting couples in the world.
Never:
* Use bad language while fighting.
* Threaten to terminate your relationship, just for the sake of gaining an upper hand.
* Become judgmental about his character if it has nothing to do with the fight.
* Use force (hands, feet, vessels, mobile phones) to show power.
* Quote past experiences. Let bygones be bygones.
* React! Yes, reaction is an emotional process that could make the situation worse.
Always:
* Respond! A response is to find a solution to the problem. This can lead to creative handling of future problems.
* Fight when both of you are calm and composed.
* Fight in a place where you will not be disturbed. Make sure the kids or a third-party are not around.
* Make sure that if he begins what he has to say, you allow him to end it. DO NOT interrupt him.
* Remember to express what you are feeling at that exact same moment. Don’t hesitate to say it if you are feeling “sad”, rather than “angry” at that point of time.
Making up tips…
Post fighting, both of you need your space to settle your emotions and get back together. Here’s what you do:
* Doing something that is ‘not you’ can be bring relief to the tension in your fights. Surprise him, do something that you would usually never do. Get him flowers, candy, or say things to him that you would normally never say. (Nice things, of course!)
* Say sorry. If it was your fault and you know it, say sorry.
* Celebrate! Once a resolution has been reached, celebrate the occasion. A candle light dinner, good sex. In other words, be close to each other.
* Last but not the least, FORGET about the issues that caused hurt. Rather, concentrate on the solutions that you have come up with.
