Web designers, these people are considered most creative one among all IT professionals. There designations are also very attractive like web designer, 3D Animator, Creative head, ceative director.

But I feel only a handful of web designer or multimedia people are creative rest all are copycats. I've strong reasons to support my statment because there must be more thank 1 lakh web designers working in India but still I've seen 1 lakh websites with unique designs since 2000 when I had first encounter with web designers.

The most irritating part with eb designers is that in case a web designers use his creativity to design something unique the other people will soon copy his design and the poor designer can't do anything. Below are some examples of copied designs I've found over internet:

* Use bad language while fighting.

* Quote past experiences. Let bygones be bygones.
* React! Yes, reaction is an emotional process that could make the situation worse.

* Respond! A response is to find a solution to the problem. This can lead to creative handling of future problems.
* Fight when both of you are calm and composed.
* Fight in a place where you will not be disturbed. Make sure the kids or a third-party are not around.
* Make sure that if he begins what he has to say, you allow him to end it. DO NOT interrupt him.
* Remember to express what you are feeling at that exact same moment. Don’t hesitate to say it if you are feeling “sad”, rather than “angry” at that point of time.

Post fighting, both of you need your space to settle your emotions and get back together. Here’s what you do:
